Effective March 30, 2008, clients will no longer be able to purchase Track Separation or Right of First Refusal service without purchasing a license to the corresponding beat or without owning a prior license to the corresponding beat.

This change is necessary to deter fraud and abuse, but I will not go into detail about this so people don’t get any ideas.

Clients will be able to purchase either Track Separation and Right of First Refusal option during the checkout step when buying a beat. If a client wishes to purchase either of these service options after already owning a prior license to the beat, they must e-mail sales @ shadowville.com or call 1-888-43-BEATS (432-2387) with the request and may be subject to additional fees.

We encourage you to make your decision on purchasing Track Separation or Right of First Refusal at the time of the beat purchase to allow the smoothest delivery and the lowest possible prices.

Attempts to purchase a Track Separation or Right of First Refusal without purchasing or owning license will result in a rejection of your order without refund.
