Welcome, everyone, to Shadowville.com forums version 2.0. This is a much more powerful and efficient engine, faster and just plain better!

You’ll notice some changes here and there — a more thorough post input box with lots of editing goodies.

The design layout is kept more or less the same as the previous forums, but with added styling and images. Hope it’s not too confusing. You’ll also notice there’s member ranks now — as you post more your rank goes up, signifying your activity in the community.

You can even add your own signature now (click Profile a little above this post if you’re logged in, or My Account at the very top right of the site).

All posts are all RSS syndicated now, so you can subscribe to them using an RSS aggregator or reader (don’t worry about it if you don’t know what that is). You can also subscribe to topics via e-mail.

Unfortunately all the old posts cannot be imported over from the old forum, due to compatibility issues. Apologies about that. You’ll also have to reupload your avatar icons, and your post counts have been reset. But hey, greatness can only be achieved through sacrifice, right?
