lol Idk, I remember being in my old room in my apartment and typing it, so it must've been awhile ago, as I've since moved to a new location, but it was the thread where he called me out to a battle, I couldn't respond at the time because I had/have no recording equipment, but if all goes planned, that'll change this weekend, and I can rekindle what's been been long overdue and probably forgotten LOL.

Did Alex really just say that Asher Roth brought hip hop back!?!?!?!?! hahahaha that mother f**ker put up like 68k albums in one week and that justified bringing hip hop back

Hmm, for some who was stating that he didn't care about plays on myspace, it's pretty funny that you're trying to use the fact that he only sold 68,000 albums in one week to justify your point that he's “lame.” Yay Parallel…
And yes, I think he DEFINITELY brought back the vibe Hip-Hop is supposed to have…as I said, he put out an album that anyone can relate to, and that deserves respect, no to mention the atmosphere of it is pretty original for our era…but I wouldn't expect that from a jealous hater such as yourself LOL.
Edit: Universal only shipped out 100,000 copies of his album anyways, so yeah…
