I have.. in my D Drive Right now a CD from a rapper who has ued this particular beat actually… it was up a think maybe 2 months ago at most…

In my past dealings with him.. im confident i got a licence…
it just kills me to see people jackin beats and calling them theirs… someone doint that, off this site actually, was nearly responsible for ruining my name before i even had one here in my city…

I diddnt really check any of those links, as this s**t usually makes me go into blind rage but thanks for the effort everyone. Appreciation is the next best thing.. right next to putting food on our table 
ps. dddamn this “Anti-Spam Check!”, mathematics test .. and grade school was so long ago

but to get things straight its ok to rap over, record, give out cds and all that stuff aslong as respect is given to SVP and no money changes hands correct?

Yeah man, as long as credit is giving to shadowville for the beat rapping to it is fine.. I'm sure they wouldn't even mind if u where making a little money from your CD's as long as your not making bank and not giving them any of the profits.. If your selling mad CD's then you should be buying beats.. But if your just moving a few units i doubt it matters.. Thats just an underground grind trying to get your name out..

ahh cool cool im no where near giving out cds yet but i just wanted to know for future reference =D
There was some group here in germany that i swear were using a shadowville beat but i cant remember their name =/ and i dont know if they bought it or not i just know they were terrible… if anyone from germany can remember their video was them paintballing in some hall raping about how the shoot people i think i'll try and look them up
