dot dot dot stands for i dont know what you mean by complexity and structure

basically it means you all still stuck on the stage of sayin things just to rhyme an not bein able to connect the info in you bars

an complexity means yall still not rhymin 5+ syllables

Complexity is not always needed in every song.  Not every artist is “complex” in your terminology.  I tell people all the time its not always about what you say, but HOW YOU SAY IT.  So, yeah, no.. for this song I didn't pull out the old vocabulary word bank in my brain.  I'll throw some “complexity” into songs but I'm trying to come across as an artist… Not a college professor.  As for being stuck on the stage of saying things to rhyme and not being able to connect the info in my bars.

The concept for the song is how you deal with “haters” of yours and your music

The catchy hook and theme to the concept and song is from the standpoint of being a “boss” (a higher level emcee) in this case.

So…. see if you can keep up.

Yeah, I'm a BOSS you can tell by the “plaque”— (stating from the beginning my level and going along with the song concept)

Filthy Friggin' rich you can tell by the stack — (BOSS=power.  Power is often associated with money as well so you can see the use of the correlation here)

“Run” the dirty dirty like it was an “empire” — (Run, as in control or for this case.. “Boss”.)

“I” do my own “dirty work” TELL THEM BOYS TO CEASE FIRE —- (Most bosses delegate power on this particular plateu I felt it was important that I let it be known I run alone.)

If you aimin at the throne best gone aim high —- (Talking to “haters” that are disrespectful as my status of a “boss” or higher level emcee)

I can't lie, it's gonna be funny watching you try —- (Creatively poking fun at this point at the countless attempts of “haters” to try and acquire my status)

Then come an “squash” on HATERS —– (The whole idea of the song on handling those who appose you.)

Game over Player —- (Another creative poke in this sense referring to a game like scenario in which I am the victor over said “Haters”)

You know you done bad when you done pissed off the nice guy —- (I am generally a nice guy.  I can't help it i guess it is just my nature.  For this song I am addressing people who take shots at me or dislike me.  This line is just a perfect drop for this concept)

They may call me “Play” but i don't “play” that —- (This is called “wordplay”… how's that for “complexity”!?!  Once again addressing the severity of my stance on the non approvers of my music.)

Boss status that's why YOU gets no “play”back —-( At this point I am touching again on being a higher level emcee or a “boss” if you will..)

Playboy, Chance, Cryptic, and Zinn — (Nothing need be said about this except for the fact that I am giving my grade to the other quality emcees on the track along with me, and this bar leads into the next bar for a good finale.)

Got families tuning into news at ten —- (This is a play off the hook and ties it all together nicely.  Or as you would put it… “Connecting the info in the bars”)

Let it be known I have no problem with bad feedback.  I have no problem with constructive criticism.  Everyone is entitled to their own tastes and will have a different way as to how they view the song.  But do not insult me and compare me to the likes of a “soulja boy” who never has anything near a 3 syllable word in ANY of his songs.  Do not compare me to a “Bubble Gum” rapper who just says things to rhyme.  I have been making music for 7 years strong.  Respect my journey, respect my accomplishments, respect my substance on EVERY track I touch.  Respect a…..

BOSS!!!!

leave up to you to misunderstand what im sayin…

in one bar you talk about doin your own dirty work…

do you explain in the next bar what that dirty work is..

or at least take the time to how that dirty work is done…

no…you go straight to talkin about aimin at a throne…

thats what i meant by connectin the info in your bars…

and complexity doesnt mean sayin a bunch of big words..

complexity can be showin nasty wordplay instead of basically repeatin the same words like you did in the first two bars…but i dont want to start this big war over the net so you spit your sixteens and do you

its only a 12 bar verse buddy.  Want me to make a novel of it?  And didn't realize I was like Mike Jones.  I didn't realize that the first two bars were … “Yeah, I'm a boss you can tell by the plaque/ Yeah, I'm a boss you can tell by the plaque”

I was under some weird impression that the first two bars were a little different.

Hmmm.  Learn something new everyday.  Thank you

 Word.

Edit: Ayo Yagami, you watch anime right? I say this because I remember you saying that “Death Note” is where you got your user name from, which is dope, so I say we battle, since we both watch anime and great minds think alike.

It was a good introduction into the verse.  Don't play me for a bubble gum rapper and you won't get “stupid” responses.
