when i first came to this site - there wasnt anywhere for me to post -

1. nobody knew me

2. I wasnt recording anything at the time

3. most of the posts were generally about other peoples music.

It wasnt until i started getting serius with music that i began to start postin here - before then i tried to push my name out there with my Graphics talent - but nobody was feelin it so i stopped -

If it had bothered anybody there would be a post count you would have to reach before you can download, so there is atleast a guarentee you are staying active at the Shadowville forum instead of sticking around for the free beats.

Some (most) people don't like forums because they're a breading ground for obnoxious teenage retards.

I didn't even check the forum when I first came here for that very reason.

I started getting SV beats from soundclick.com about 6 years ago or so… I think the last time I checked the soundclick page, I notice a link to the main site… and still I rarely get beats from here… I mean, I dig SVP a lot, probably one of my top production teams doing shit, but I like making my own beats, and I use other people's stuff aswell… I think the forums are a great feature for any site though, especially for this one…
