(1) Mixing drum’s transmission parts mini batching plant egg laying block machine, motion parts, bin gate small concrete batching plants, hopper gate, etc. Make sure no struck.

(2) The oil height of lubrication oil tank meets standard requirements;

(3) Open the gas valve discharge excess water of water-gas separator, open sewage plug of air tank discharge oil-water mixture;

(4) The steel wire rope of lifting hopper or dragline install and twine in a right way. Steel wire rope and pulley meet standard requirements, and the brake is sensitive and effective.

(5) Each parts bolts are tightened, each inlet and discharge valves without over wear, each belts tension are appropriate, no deviation;

(6) All control and display part of the weighing device are operating smoothly, the accuracy meets the standard;

(7) All electrical devices can effectively control the mechanical movement, the contact point and the moving and fixed contact no obvious damage.
