Don’t Fight Our Negative Emotions

When we feel negative emotions such as anger, hatred, and malice, we need to keep them in silence so that energy can transform into something else.

For example, when you are angry, try to take a break to calm it down and find out the root cause or the initial cause that triggers your anger. So instead of allowing ourselves to explode, we can focus more on overcoming the existing problems.

Instead of being immersed in negative emotions without self-awareness, we can examine and feel what is in reality. Slowly, we can liken negative emotions to moving clouds instead of seeing them as a major part of us.
