My friend resorts to candles every time escom fukks us.
I have a pair of 12 V 35 Ah batteries with a charger, etc. What kind of lighting can be connected to these batteries without the high power setting the neighborhood on fire?

Anything provided it’s less than 35A
The rating is the max a battery can do.

Indeed, any element with a rated voltage of 12 V that consumes less than the rated power, the lower the consumption, the better on the batteries and the longer it will work

I don’t understand why you have to make something up in these cases? It’s not safe. Buy a regular flashlight, a powerful flashlight, and don’t create problems for yourself. I used to try to make something myself, but I just started choosing my flashlight in the end. It took me a long time to do it because I didn’t understand much about online shopping. After a few days of unsuccessful searches, my son recommended that I buy this one https://www.thegrommet.com/products/vont-collapsible-led-lantern-set-of-2. As he told me, it is made with excellent quality and holds a reasonable charge. That was very important to me because I have to use it very often. Everything he said turned out to be true. The price of this LED flashlight is worth it. So don’t complicate your life and do it the way I did.
