CONSTRUCTIVE feedback is awesome. How are you supposed to improve if you don't know what needs improving through another person's subjective suggestions?

I rarely get it on here though.  For me, its always essential. When Im producing for artists, I dont just do the deal with them and tell them give me a couple of days, I bring them into the studio and let them explore the studio so they can deter what they actually want from my work. I rely mainly on what people give back to me about my work.
