hip hop is more than just what is played on the radio , what is leaked on the internet, what you hear in the newspaper/ ETC , WE as in SHADOWVILLE are hip hop- the fact that we got young catz on here makin music on a daily - just strivin to get that paper is beautiful. I dont think hip hop will ever die.

It depends on what you listen to… if it comes from the heart, and you can FEEL it… then I would say it is hip-hop… I say anything that gives you a chill when you listen to it, with that certain real or raw emotion is true passion in music, no matter the genre…
