•Adopt a dog from a service animal program (very expensive)

•Go through the (also expensive) training to create a bond with your dog

•Commit to owning and caring for this dog as it cares for you.

Yeah, it’s a very good question but as for me, I recommend you to check this Spot-On GPS Fence as it’s the best Invisible fence for dogs for me right now so try to check all the information about its pros and cons there. Anyway, you can always find something better for yourself. I hope that it will help
