EXCLUSIVE: Ala, 33, spoke about her sex life to Daily Star as she discovered a new way to pleasure herself – and was stunned she can climax twice at once after her £83,000 surgery

A transgender woman lifted the lid on her sex life after spending £83,000 on plastic surgery to look feminine.

Ala, from Taiwan, flew to Thailand for a male-to-female surgery in September 2020.

The procedure involves removing the testicles and reshaping the penis to a neoclitoris.

She spent months recovering and has leaned on her mum and boyfriend for support.

The 33-year-old finally feels like a woman as she completed a full transition surgery – including a breast reconstruction surgery, oestrogen therapy, a butt lift, a cheekbone reduction, a jawline reshape and other facial tweakments.

Ala has spoken about her journey on social media – and has since amassed an impressive 266,000 fans on Instagram.

In one video, she dresses up in a body-hugging dress in cloud blue to flaunt her eye-popping curves and peachy bum.

Flicking her long curly tresses back, she struts through the street in stiletto heels.

Ala spoke about her “new” sex life to Daily Star since she’s transitioned.

She said: “When I was still a man, I knew how to pleasure myself as I understood the most sensitive part of my genitals, which was the tip of my penis.

“And now, as a female, I am shocked that I can still ejaculate when I play with myself but the semen will come out through my urinary duct, so it’s like a double climax to me.

Ala also told us that she knows men better than most women do when it comes to oral sex.

“I have to say women might not know the ‘best angle’ when it comes to oral sex,” she admitted.
