Leeds United. Purely because of their fan support. Their fans have always supported their club through thick and thin. Their fans have always supported them during successful days, the Don Revie days, the Howard Wilkinson era and more recently the David O’Leary era in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. And they have also supported their team during the bad times. Bad times like “Dirty Leeds” chants all across England whenever they won trophies, the Jonathan Woodgate-Lee Bowyer court case, David O’Leary’s book, Peter Ridsdale’s infamous “living the dream” project, the financial collapse in the 2000’s, Ken Bates’s ownership. These are the notable cases which I can think of.
