I just basically realized that people are only willing to give people attention when they seek
bad attention. What about people who are putting in work? Taking their art seriously.
Have a passion for it? Everybody just takes a look ,may or may not click the link to listen
to the material and off they go. Well i'm going to start replying and giving feedback to people
who deserve it. Hope it helps out those who need it and hope others get on the same tip.

I give feedback to people as much as I can. I am always honest and try to provide criticisms that will help the artist. I don't care how they take them. I hope, for their sake, that they heed my advice and also keep in mind that I'm just one listener of a few.
My opinion may very well not represent the general concensus but I try to ensure it does. I don't particularly like weed smoking music but I judge it with as unbiased of a view as I can.
I do this to remain an active part of the community and to make sure that when people who may have a completely different taste in music than me see my stuff posted, they think “Hey, KayR dropped me some feedback, let's see what he's up to.”
I don't want everyone who listens to my music to love it. That's impossible. I would love to hear why they don't like it though, or what they think I can improve.
It's a give and take.

Just by your post i can tell your an intelligent person. That's basically what i'm saying too homie.
I even look for the threads that got no posts but some views. Nothing like seeing 134 people view your post with nothing to say. I will change that, and like you said they can take it how they want. Hopefully in a positive way.

So very true. Anyone of our videos will get crushed in views by a video of an old man tripping on the sidwalk falling face first. That's just the cold world we live in. If it's got to change it's got to start with us. And sometimes bad attention gets you in trouble especially in our industry.
