Hello, I'm kinda new to making music and stuff, I'm more of a guitar player than a producer but I still love music all together.

I was just looking for some critque on my work and trying to get some advice on how to improve. Thanks a lot.

I like the general FEEL I get from your production… I think if you mess with the Eq'ing within' your sequencing software you can come out with an overall better sound… Another thing that might help is a good set of studio monitors, or nice headphones with a wide frequency range… they'll be able to give you a good refrence to what things will sound like when its mixed down…

Thanks alot. I'm using FL8 and the last time I did any EQing was in high school when we used Logic 7 to EQ live mixes from local artists who dropped by our school. I gotta get used to it again as well as relearn ALOT of what I forget.

As for the headphones/stereo monitors, what should I get. I use my skull candy ear buds, my ipod buds, and stereo speakers, and they all give me different sounds so I don't exactly know what I should use. Also, when I listen to other beats here, they sound very powerful and louder than when I mix mine. FL8 shows that I'm clipping when I raise the volume so I don't know if I should just do it anyway.

Thanks for the feedback roz
