Yeah, SV apparently got a “re-structuration of the track separation delivery”. I don’t know why, and I really prefered the previous way.
Try emailing orders@shadowville.com with your Order ID. Try to do the same with the producer you purchased it from. It’s sad, but maybe they’ll answer quicker.

Yes we recognize this error and we are in the process of fixing it. If you contact orders@shadowville.com with your order number, someone should be able to deliver the track separation files to you manually through a file-sending web service. Apologies for the inconvenience.
