I’ve purchased beats here before, no problems. I recently attempted to purchase another and my accont was charged twice and I have not recieved anything, it’s been going on 5 days and no one answers the phone or returns calls. I need help on this ASAP

Thanks for the response, I wish I knew I could get help on here faster. I don’t have an order number because they didnt give me anything. It has been on my checking account as a transaction for 4 days. On the 17th of this month I was charged for two beats that haven’t showed up in anyway except the money being gone from my account. What should I email?

It is the same for me.
I have purchased a sound with track separation 2 months ago and I still cannot download it.
I have tried to call many times, left my numbre, sent emails to all the email adresses and I GOT 0 RESPONSE………
Now I am thinking of getting a refund for that track separation !
Can somebody do something ???

Did you use a gift card or prepaid credit card? These won’t work.
Please email orders@shadowville.com with the date of the purchase, the beat name as well as license type or service type purchased, the payment method, and email address of your Shadowville account, as well as email address of your Paypal account (if you used Paypal to pay).
