You couldn't find a more politer way to say, “This post should be put in Sales-Support”, n leave at that, instead of using a sarcastic way to say it?

And yea, it does interfer with SVP business. Your insulting CUSTOMERS. That in return, will turn AWAY future business, because most people don't stick around to be insulted, and ignored by the COMPANY (even if accidental) n association (Being this forum).
