I purchased a license and track seperation for the song “Hustle to the top” (Order #15295) but it shows that the upload will take 1200 days?  I have sent 3 emails to customer service and tried calling your 1-888 # but no answer at the hotline and no response to my emails.  So this is a last ditch effort to get my issue resolved.  I love your site, love your beats, and have made 2 purchases in the past.  I want to continue to do business with shadowville.com so PLEASE help me resolve this issue.

If the problem is with the producer not uploading the tracked out version, please just refund my money.  I would also suggest removing the SALE tag from his beats.  Right now you are advertising a $200 complete license for all his songs (ADP, producer).  I would hate to think this is happening to everyone trying to buy his beats because they are on sale.

Is there a way SVP could buy out 2deeps beats and then sell them as they want on the site?  Cuts 2deep out the equation since he technically isn't here anymore.
