I tried to buy a blanket licence of a beat (Larger Than Life) on your website (shadowville.com), produced by Allrounda but when I filled out all my personal details, including my card details and clicked the final button to make the purchase, I was told that I made some errors (but I didn’t make any). Immediately after that, I checked my balance (money) on my card and found out that $39.99 dollars was gone but I didn’t find any beat in my email address I used (termbundesilas@yahoo.com) which is contrary to what is written on your website: (Delivery Information
All beats will be instantly delivered in high quality .wav stereo channel format along with a personalized certificate of licensing via a download page immediately after your purchase. Any sound tags or audio watermarks are removed in the .wav file. You can also access your files at any time by logging into your account and clicking ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page. If you did not create an account prior to the purchase, the system will automatically create an account for you based on your e-mail address, so check your e-mail for login details. My Full Name is Silas Termbunde. I reside and work in Thailand. I’ve contacte them twice but have had no reply. I’m frustrated and really need that beat, that’s why I’m giving y’all my personal information. It’s depressing. I paid for studio time and have lost the money because I wasn’t sent this beat! This should be fixed asap!

Are you using a gift card to pay?
Anyway, it looks like it was authorized, but the funds were not captured yet and is still in PENDING status. This only happens if your bank suspends transactions. If the bank suspends a transaction then Shadowville.com will not let the order complete. For now I’ve voided the pending status, and the funds should return back to your card within several business days and appear on your next billing cycle’s statement.
