I just purchased blanket license to two of your beats, one of the beats titled “never let go” was received and i got the license downloaded, im trying to download the other license for perspiration but I cannot, also i keeping getting nonreply emails about my purchase which are totally wrong

Dear Slantize, also my payment for “never let go” was posted to my bank account but not the persperation beat, I was hoping this would be an easier experience but now causing me issues with my emails, I want to buy from you in the future but this spam thing on my email gotta stop

I am looking into this matter for you. It seems that you made the purchase for Perspiration after the completion of the original order, and a glitch in the code has caused it to be stuck in an endless loop. I will have our programmers look into this matter and fix it asap.

Yeah the email stopped but I still can't download my license for perspiration, “Never Let Go” is pending payment from my bank account but I don't see perspiration pending at all so I don't know if I got charged for it or not, maybe I can get an official reciept confirmation so I know specifically what I got!!

Hey Slantize, I still didn't get charged for perspiration, I thinking it was for 29.99 the special, but im not sure, can you double check on that for me?? Never let go was already charged, Thanks!!

Souppha,
You were never charged for Perspiration, and thus the beat was never delivered to you. To purchase the beat, you would have to license it again.
