I purchased track separation for two beats, one of them MANY months ago, & never received it. One order number was #11979 for “Anatomy Of A Hustler” & the other is #10500 for “In Me” … I really need the track separation for those two beats. Please get back to me ASAP.

The order numbers you provided show no record of a track separation purchase, only licenses themselves. Are you sure you don't have the order confirmation # for the separate track separation purchase(s)?

I KNOW I distinctly purchased track separation for those tracks because I have concepts and write outs of how I was going to arrange the sounds and layers & I'm 1000% positive w/ Anatomy Of A Hustler because it was SO recent of a purchase.
