I bought a blanket lease for a track, but i didn't buy a track seperation too. So here is my question: Can I buy track seperation, without buying the track again? and how?

You will have to make a special request to sales@shadowville.com when you want to purchase the track separation separately, after already buying the license. But, no you technically don't have to pay for the license again.
