Non-Exclusive Licensing Rights
Buying a non-exclusive license (”lease”) entitles you to the following:

• Right to use a song recorded over the licensed beat (the final recorded song shall be known as the “Master Recording”) for the manufacture of 2,000 commercial or for-profit albums, or the sale/exploitation of 2,000 internet downloads, in either combination.
• Right to use a Master Recording for unlimited non-commercial, non-profit use.
• Right to use a Master Recording for radio broadcasts on two radio stations.
• Right to use a Master Recording for one commercial, for-profit medium (ie movies, video games, websites) for soundtrack purposes.
• Right to use a Master Recording for unlimited non-profit performances or concerts.

Note: Non-exclusive licenses can be extended up to one additional time (total of 4000 copies, four localities of radio play, two mediums for soundtrack use) at any time, as long as the beat is still available for licensing. Non-exclusive rights will remain intact even after exclusive rights have been sold, as long as the purchase was made beforehand.

How To Buy A Beat
Simply navigate to the beat you are interested in purchasing. You can browse through our Genre selections on the left hand navigation panel, or search for the name of the beat you are interested in on top left search box. Once you are ready to make the purchase, click the ‘BUY A LICENSE’ button. The beat will be added to your shopping cart — you can add additional options to your purchase, continue shopping, or click the CHECKOUT button to complete the purchase. Fill in the required information fields during the check-out process. You can pay by any major credit card, money order, and Paypal. Personal checks are not accepted. Delivery Information
All beats and contracts will be delivered in high quality .wav stereo channel format instantly via a download link sent to you in your e-mail address (so make sure you fill out the right e-mail address!). You may optionally request delivery via USPS First Class Mail (delivery in approximately 3-7 business days in the USA, 7-14 days for international) during the online checkout process for a $9.95 service fee. Purchases for optional Track Separation files will be sent via an online third party digital delivery service within 24-48 hours. Free WinRAR software required for opening the Track Separation files from digital delivery.

• Right to use the licensed beat by itself for commercial, for-profit and non-commercial, non-profit use in unlimited mediums, methods, or channels including for soundtrack purposes, except for selling the licensed beat solely for listening purposes.

Note: Exclusive licensing does not allow you to re-sell the licensed beat by itself or transfer any of the rights licensed. After purchasing you purchase the exclusive rights, we will remove the offering and downloadability of the beat that is exclusively licensed and no longer sell any further licenses on the beat.

Speciality Non-Exclusive Licensing
We offer licenses for both synchronization and performance for-profit use. Synchronization rights are typically soundtrack use for film and video games, or simply background music for an event or website. Performance rights entitles you to do for-profit radio broadcasts, concerts, and live shows involving the licensed music (our standard non-exclusive licensing package only includes non-profit performance rights and a limit of two radio stations).
