This beat is perfect… other than the fact that the background strings are too “Bright” sounding…. It completely throws off the emotion of the beat for me.
We got these gangsta kicks, snares, bass, and we got this brighty hypy strings in the background that give me the vibe of santa claus. Total conflict… Maybe if the pitch of them were lowered or something… Those background strings are really clashing with everything else in the beat.

@Tristan, I disagree on nameing beats being hard. Try thinking of something that made you want to write that beat or whenever you started writing it what emotions came up? Did the dog crap on the carpet during you writing this? If so, maybe call it DOG2? Just get creative. I do think it’s cool that you named it Joseph Kony because it makes people ask “who is he” or for those who know it reminds them of the atrocities that has done and how people are bringing awareness to it. Props to you.
