1. big hit buda (over 8 years ago) Eve, I’m really feelin this track. The only thing I see room for improvement would be the tambourines. They definitely bring the energy but I think they’re used too much. I think maybe just during the hook and/or maybe you could bring em in 4 bars here, 4 there. That was my initial thought. Then I thought they might not be too much depending on what’s being sung or rapped over the beat. When I hear this track, I hear a powerful female voice on it. Someone like Rachel Platten. I got an acapella of “Fighter” and put it over your beat. Because of her song structure, it doesn’t fit the beat but I wanted to hear some vocals on it. After hearing them, I’m going to go with my initial thought that the tams are a lil too much. I know you have them in there to keep the track moving but to me, they are powerful enough to keep the track moving even if they were just during the hook. Without them, it would leave more room for the vocalist and their lyrics. I think you might find this the case by and think you might find other elements to add to it if you were able to collaborate with the artist. I hope you find someone with the right voice and song to go with this beat. I think it’s professional and creates a good moving vibe.
