The Rio Grande Ski Train was a Colorado Winter Park tradition. The Rio Grande Ski train was operated from 1940 to 2009. The ski train ran from Union Station in Denver to the Winter Park Ski Resort, at the west entrance to the Moffat Tunnel. I saw a cool video about it on youtube.

I didn’t know Ski Trains were a thing. I guess I learn new things everyday on the internet.

This looks so nice, I am genuinely impressed. I have been on one of these things at Blue House Skis in Colorado. I’ve been going there to ski and snowboard my whole life. The forests and tunnels we went through were fabulous. That was so good for Instagram posts, that I think everyone was jealous of the bomb pics at some point. This idea is simple, yet complex at the same time. Who invented this a genius no cap. Are there any other youtube videos I could watch about these trains? I think I’m already invested in reliving this experience all over again.

I was there too, one of the coolest places I’ve been.
